Your Own Tailor-made Dream Tour
“Our trip was everything that I had ever dreamt and more. It’s obvious that our tour leaders have a passion for what they do.”
Bev and Graeme
“Thanks, Si Italy tours. My life has been enriched with a very enjoyable and memorable experience of beautiful Italy. The splendid choices of accommodation, restaurant and itinerary meant that each day was fulfilling and satisfying in every way. Above all, the endless enthusiasm, spontaneity and fun resulted in a great time had by all!!”
Shelley Logan
“The leadership, knowledge, information and flexibility on Si Italy tours are superb. The trips are so amazing!! – I wonder each time if they could be improved – the experiences just seem to get better each time!”
Russell Hook, return Si Italy traveller
“We strongly recommend Si Italy for their excellent driving; their wonderful knowledge of Italy and the people; their very good arrangements for accommodation and meals. Loved Moneglia and the Cinque Terre and having the beach right in front of the hotel. Loved the way Sandra took care of everything - meals, transport, language.”
Barry and Barbara, Melbourne
“Our tour leaders, Sandra Correa and Linda White, who we now call our friends, do a wonderful job of designing a tour, taking all the worry out of visiting this beautiful country - with great knowledge, fluent language and terrific driving skills. A highlight was an unexpected change during our time in the Cinque Terre when we were required to take the alternative high track to the next town - a beautiful day!”
Ken and Pat, Blackrock
“Being part of a small group was rewarding and visiting small towns off the tourist trail. The group leaders were knowledgeable and interesting people, able to convey their excitement and pleasure in the country.”
“The highlights? A wonderful holiday that I had thought would never happen. It was all great, but Venice and the Dolomites were special. Linda, your expertise on the history was outstanding and you and Angie were just great drivers!! Hotels and meals were excellent. We were certainly well looked after.”
Ailsa E.
“Wonderful, carefree travel, tailored to meet our interests, with a friendly, knowledgeable tour guide! Fantastic to get the history and personal attention with the local language and familiarity with all the routes by the guide. Nothing was too much trouble and all requests were met.”
Chris B.
“On a rating of 1-10 we give it a 15!”
The Stortis
“What a holiday we had. I have never been on such a tour where you woke up every day to another mini-adventure. I was fascinated by what was in store for us and I was never disappointed. To hop into the bus and to sit back and be driven to another place full of interesting things to see and do was just the best thing. Talk about worry-free travel. Angie certainly was an excellent driver and so full of local knowledge, not to mention her sense of humour. You both made us feel part of your family, so to speak. Linda, I must say that you are so professional in everything that you did for us on the tour. Not once did you fail to give us your help, your advice, your knowledge of the areas we visited. Anything that we asked of you was done without fuss and no request was too big or too small. I thank you so much for making our tour of Italy something really special. We have so many great memories and to go away and have a worry free holiday was fantastic. You should be very proud of what you and Sandra have in Si Italy Tours, which no doubt only comes with a lot of hard work and your love for people and Italy. We will be only too pleased to sing your praises to anyone who will listen.”
Norma E.
“Highlights of the tour? It was all good. It’s very hard to pick out single places. You took us to places we would never have found. If I had to, probably the Dolomites, walking out on the snow was fantastic. I would have loved to have gone further, but as you wisely said, without the right gear it could have been dangerous. Maybe another tour in the future. The fact that the restaurants and meals were pre-arranged and paid for, All we had to do was sit back and listen. The buses - the only way to go. The drivers/tour guides can make the difference (you guys were fantastic).”
Geoff E.
“If you want a hassle-free, well-organised tour of Italy, tailored to your own requirements, this is the tour for you. We travelled in a modern 9-seater bus - in our case, two buses - for a group of 14 people. As an elderly person, the small bus was wonderful - quick, easy access, no high steps to negotiate and we didn’t have the feel of being herded around as in the larger coaches. Always cheerful, Linda’s love and historical knowledge of Italy, as well as for local customs which she willingly shared with us, made the trip so interesting. I have visited Italy several times previously, but after this comprehensive tour, I feel I really know the country now and the wonderful memories will linger. Grazie mille Linda.”

“Every day was a highlight. I couldn’t pick out one specifically. We enjoyed it immensely.”
Judy D, Wodonga
“The Exotic South tour far exceeded our expectations with it’s beautiful scenery, unique towns and villages, superb food and value for money - simply 'fantastico'!”
John D, Wodonga
“We really enjoyed our tour with you…certainly a beautiful part of Italy. Thank you so much for making the trip so memorable and so special.”
Janine E, Adelaide
“Things I loved about the tour: the Sassi and Matera; choice of restaurants - excellent food; the leisurely pace; the choice of towns we visited and the opportunity to walk.”
John E, Adelaide
“One of the great things you do that I’ve emphasized to all is that one can do this tour with only a couple of Euro in your pocket and be fed, watered, tippled and transported for the whole trip…excellent!”
Lenore T, Brisbane
“Si Italy tours are excellent. Everyone and everything is considered. Every day was different. The procession that Sunday afternoon in Monte Sant’Angelo was very emotional. Most of the places we visited are ‘off the beaten track’ with few tourists. I’ll keep doing Si Italy tours as long as possible.”
Lee, Melbourne
“Si Italy tours continues to amaze us with their unique and interesting places to visit. Some say there’s not much to see and do in the south of Italy – how wrong they are!”
Bev and Graeme Logan, Merricks North
“The Exotic South was my third trip with Si Italy. Each has been memorable for different reasons but the constant has been the excellent balance between the group and the individual, the exciting itineraries and the brilliant running by Si Italy guides.”
Darryl, Victoria
“Our second tour with Si Italy and as enjoyable as the first. Tour was well-researched and conducted at a relaxing pace with experienced and patient guides. Great food and comfortable accommodation. A unique itinerary.”
Warren and Robin, Sydney
“Travel with Si Italy tours for a truly in-depth and perfectly thought-out holiday and a small, always compatible group of fellow travellers.”
Margaret, Melbourne
“My third tour with Si Italy, each one unique, well-planned and organized. They make you feel more like a friend than a client.”
Mark, Melbourne
“Si Italy opened up a wonderful part of the world to me. It was my first trip overseas and I enjoyed every moment.”
Bev, Wodonga
“Si Italy advertise an all-inclusive holiday and we certainly found this to be so with a well thought out itinerary, good accommodation and dining, suitable for singles and couples, the right mix of organized activities and free-time. Love the small group concept.”

“I think the outstanding feature of this tour is the thorough preparation conducted by Sandra and Linda. Every moment of every day is filled with wonderful experiences. The highlights of the tour were walking in the Dolomites, visiting places that are beyond predictable tourist destinations and thorough research, which meant great food, great accommodation and no time wasted.”
“Si Italy’s Fun, Food and Walking it Off tour provided us with that very Italian way of eating, enjoying and communicating – an experience to be cherished. We loved the ease of travel, the excellent and varied hotels, the ‘colour’ added by local friends, time to enjoy each day and the contrast in scenery.”
Ann & Bruce
“I have been on three trips to Europe including an arranged bus tour for one month, the second time a self drive holiday for 11 weeks and this one Si Italy for 21 days. I would have to say the last one was by far the best. I basically hopped on the plane and didn’t have to worry about arranging food, accommodation or money. It was without a doubt one of the most relaxing, enjoyable ways to see Italy. Would highly recommend these holidays.”
“From the moment we joined the tour until it finished, we didn’t have to worry about anything. The attention to detail was fantastic with lots of little surprises to delight us all. We were very well looked after by Sandra and Linda”
“I loved: the way all the arrangements took place outside our holiday program; the refuelling of the bus, the bookings for meals, the lift tickets. It seemed all so effortless, although from experience I know how much planning and preparation goes into such a smooth running program. There was a lot of variety in the program, and although all meticulously planned, there was an air of spontaneity, like you would with a family gathering, ‘let’s do …’ the meal beside the pool at the villa and watching the sun go down in a Tuscan summer evening the gentle leadership of Guido’s brother as he led us along that great walk to the Rifugio, and then down, down, down, to the dam wall the barbeque at Patrizia’s the fact that we were in the mainstream tourist areas but not ‘in the crowd’ … that you, the guides, were knowledgeable without being know-it-alls … but you were there as resource persons if we wanted to know. There was enough direction, and enough time to explore a village. There was little pressure to keep up – it was always an option to take it slowly.

I felt cared for as a single traveller.

I respected your mature connection and passion with Italy and I had a great holiday.

The accommodation was superb.

I thought the high altitude walks were magnificent, and not at all strenuous to the reasonably fit (easier than walking in the Himalayas)”
Susan Wentworth
“Everything was fantastic. Having tour guides who knew the history of the culture so well – it made me see it all differently Riva del Garda – so beautiful – loved Limone and no words can describe the walks in the Dolomites – absolutely fantastic”
Anne Schultz
“An organised yet relaxed tour - Unique perspective on places visited - ‘Mixing with the locals’ on walks and picnics - Excellent food - The Dolomites experience so different to Tuscany and anything in Australia”
Ian Uther
“The BBQ/picnic lunch in the forest with all your Italian friends and being made so welcome. Seeing the full moon come up over the Dolomites. The good company with such a small group (lots of fun and laughter). Tour guides who care!!”
Avril Walker
“Seeing things no ordinary tourist would see, away from the beaten track - The friendly and personal nature of the tour - The great variety of cuisine and the excellent quality of the meals.”
Jenny Uther
“Our sixth trip to Italy, and this was certainly our best. The 16 days spent with Si Italy were a fabulous mix of small group moving among friendly locals to a mixture of locations each day a new experience with a great tour leader.”
Ken Rattray
“Thanks Si Italy for providing me with gluten free meals for the entire trip. To produce cereals, breads and biscuits on our picnics and at breakfast was fantastic. Your care and pre-trip planning, and verbal communication with suppliers in perfect Italian ensured us Coeliacs enjoyed wonderful food and never felt compromised.”
Norma Van Eck
“Another wonderful trip. May we have as much fun, food and wine when we get back home. But can the Victorian Warbies match the Dolomites?”

Central Italy

Central Italy
“This tour had it all – great locations, hotels, food and wine. Linda and Sandra’s preparation in sourcing out our itinerary certainly paid off. The organisation was excellent – even the weather was ideal – did Si Italy organise that too?”
Joan and Alan Baudinette
“Our Tuscan holiday was an active, fun filled, ‘something new every day’ experience – great walks, views, locations, food, wine, company and accommodation – all well organised and great value for money!”
D. S.
“One of many highlights was swimming in the clear, warm waters of Giglio Island, followed by a feast of local seafood and wine – another perfect day in Italy!”
Michelle Stanic
“Our tour exceeded all my expectations. It made travelling through Italy stress-free and relaxed. Every day offered something enjoyable and the activities were well-paced and varied. The walking was fantastic and the opportunity to ‘mix with the locals’ I think made the experience unique.”
“Great places, lovely people. Great food and wine. Good exercise. It doesn’t get much better than this!”
Paul O’Hare
“Thank-you for permitting me to be a fellow traveller on your tour of Tuscany. I feel very privileged and grateful that I was able to travel on my ‘dream journey’ to Italy with two ladies who have such a love and respect for Italian people, lifestyle and culture. Your passion and enthusiasm enabled me and my fellow travellers to share your vision and to become albeit briefly, Italian of body and soul. I felt totally at home, and for me although I know the journey was real, it took on a mystical dimension/perspective and the happy, secure quality of a dream. There were many wonderful memories of the tour but the two highlights were the walk to Sant’Antimo, it has the quality of walking into Camelot shrouded by the mists of time, and the painting of the Annunciation by Angelico in Cortona. Thank you also for your wonderful company and superb driving.”
Pauline Harris
“Thank you for the wonderful tour we had with Si Italy tours. It was all we expected and more. It was wonderful having a tour leader who spoke Italian like a native and had an intimate knowledge of the region we were visiting. Your patience and attention to the needs of the individual travellers was much appreciated. The two week tour was packed with activities, yet we did not feel rushed at any time, indeed the two weeks felt like a lot longer as there was no ‘drag’: we were not left to fend for ourselves. The fact that our meals and attendance fees were included in the total tour cost took the worry out of ‘Where to eat’ and kept the group together. We felt like we were part of a family. We would have no hesitation in recommending this company to our friends and family, and are looking forward to touring with Si Italy again some time in the future.”
Claire & Bill
“I thought this tour was fantastic. You do need to be reasonably fit. The food was just fabulous, even the picnic lunches and it was great eating at places the general public doesn’t know about. Fantastic hosts, great fun and friendship.”
“Anyone can go to Italy but those like us who want to experience a true Italian lifestyle choose Si Italy – great food, wine, meeting the locals and sharing wonderful times and laughter. Thanks for a fabulous Italian experience – bellissimo!”
Suzanne and Garth
“Thank you for turning a tour into an amazing holiday. Each day was an indulgence of the senses.”
Helen T, South Australia
“The trip was everything I expected and more. Being a small group and staying in one place for so long made this trip very relaxing and gave us a good feel for the area. We will return, hopefully with husbands in tow. The food, wine and company was excellent.”
Carol, Wangaratta
“We had a fantastic time the whole trip through - from the night walk in Rome to the day in Siena and dinner, to the wine tasting at Castel Banfi, to staying in the fortress in Sorano. Great company, great food, great wine and a great tour guide.”
Tanya B, Benalla
“Mille grazie for your care and consideration which made our visit to beautiful Tuscany such an unforgettable experience. A combination of the beautiful Tuscan surroundings, with 13 days in our very comfortable apartment near Trequanda, and the interesting daily excursions to the important hilltop towns, made this a perfect way to learn some of the area’s history as well as relax and enjoy the good food and wine.”
Dorit & Bill F, Melbourne
“Looking over the photos reminds me of the wonderful places we visited and people that we met – grandeur, beauty, charm, sensuality, humour, stylishness, generosity of spirit. It was an extraordinary experience, one that I will value forever. Thank you most sincerely for your tremendous efforts, your kindness, cheerfulness and attention to detail during the tour.”
Mary, Victoria
“The highlights for me were tasting the beautiful wines of each area we visited and visiting some really great restaurants; staying at the Villa for ten days and the late starts each morning; walking through the valley of Etruscan tombs.”
Ann, Sydney
“If you’d like a stress-free experience, Si Italy, an Australian company, is the one to use. Leader Linda White was amazing. Not only would she drive us to a gorgeous hilltop Tuscan village with spectacular views, but would appear, by magic, with a tasty picnic lunch to share. We were left scratching our heads as to when she had organised lunch. She didn’t leave our company, or so we thought!”
“This was my fourth tour with Si Italy. They think of everything! Small groups and meals included are a great bonus. Loved the peace and tranquility of the countryside and all the little towns off the beaten track.”
